These terms keep things fair and transparent for both sides. When you schedule service with us, this is the framework we work within.

1. Scope of Services

Southshore RV Repair provides mobile RV diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services at your location.

2. Estimates & Approvals

• Estimates are not final until approved.
• Additional issues discovered during service will be communicated before continuing.
• Parts pricing may change based on vendor availability.

3. Mobile Service Call Policy

A service call fee may apply based on distance, location, or urgency.

You agree to provide safe access to your RV and a stable work area.

4. Parts & Materials

We source OEM or equivalent‑quality parts when possible. Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer/vendor.

Customer‑Supplied Parts

• No warranty is provided on customer‑supplied parts.
• Labor warranty applies only to workmanship.
• Additional labor may be required if parts are incorrect or defective.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service.
• Diagnostic fees and labor charges are non‑refundable.
• Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Same‑day cancellations may incur a service call fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Ensure safe access to the RV.
• Remove personal items from work areas.
• Secure pets.
• Approve or decline repairs promptly.

8. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, hidden defects, or failures unrelated to our work.

We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability, weather, or vendor issues.

Field Conditions

Mobile repairs are performed outdoors. Environmental factors may affect repair outcomes.

Roof, Ladder & Height‑Related Work

We are not responsible for structural failures or water intrusion caused by pre‑existing roof conditions.

Slide‑Outs, Awnings & Moving Mechanisms

We are not responsible for failures caused by worn or damaged components.

Fluid Leaks

Leaks may originate from multiple sources. Repairs may reveal additional leaks requiring further service.

9. Labor Warranty

We provide a 30‑day labor warranty on workmanship. Warranty does not cover misuse, customer‑supplied parts, or unrelated failures.

10. Insurance & Warranty Claims

A Direction of Payment form may be required. Approval is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for all charges if denied.

11. Pre‑Purchase Inspections

Inspections are visual and non‑invasive. They do not guarantee future performance or reveal hidden defects.

12. Website Use

• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No interference with site functionality.
• No fraudulent activity.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service due to unsafe conditions, hostile behavior, illegal activity, or non‑payment.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
